On May 25th 2018 the new General Regulation on Data Protection (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679) has come into force. In accordance with its provisions, CISP uses personal data only upon registration to the Association.

Members data are stored and processed by CISP in electronic format on ANIE’s server, Mail Chimp’s database and back end of the website www.cisp.it, to which members can access through user and password in order to modify their data, consult the minutes of the meetings, the technical articles and the electronic magazine.

With no authorization for data usage, the Association can’t carry out its activities: sending information to members, inviting members at meetings and events, sending minutes, billing members.

In relation to the data provided, users can, at any time, exercise the rights referred to in art. 15-16-17-18-19-20-21 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR): access, rectification, cancellation, limitation, notification, portability, opposition.

In order to verify and update the correctness of the data held by CISP, following the physiological turnover within companies, it is possible to periodically send to the Association the updated list of referents.

The data will be processed by employees of ANIE Federation, to which CISP is an aggregated partner, in charge of data processing, or by occasional collaborators, in charge of maintenance operations of the website www.cisp.it
